“The Brew” a film written and directed by Paul Brouillette, filmed and edited by Trevor Thibodeaux [myself], has officially wrapped up production in late 2019, with an expected release date either later this year, or early next year in 2021. The film has been constantly delayed throughout production and into post production due to unfortunate scheduling issues. The team is still currently working on the film, and assures everyone that it will in fact release on YouTube sometime in the near future.
“A long time dare-devil takes the necessary steps to prepare for his very last career jump, but will he make it? Join in on this wild bike ride through the life of The Brew!”
“The Brew” is about a man, Clark Paulsen (aka. The Brew), who is heavily inspired by the classic dare-devil known as Evel Knievel. After taking a break from jumping his bicycle, he is talked into doing one last career defining, but very dangerous stunt. The movie showcases the necessary steps that Clark must take to ensure the success of this last jump, in between exercising, partying, the cliché bikini carwash, and even a late night interview on “Late Night with Jimmy Star”. At a runtime of only 35 minutes, this is a fun movie you don’t want to miss.
The Brew movie began filming in early 2017 in Lafayette Louisiana and surrounding areas. The entirety of the film is home grown from the actors, crew members, and even the sound track. It’s an extremely low budget film, but it’s not your typical back yard movie.
